The Big Sheep has consistently attracted a stellar lineup of artists, showcasing an impressive calibre that spans various genres. From the soulful tunes of Newton Faulkner, the ska-infused energy of Bad Manners and the classic sing alongs belted out by Martin Kemp, the stage at The Big Sheep has witnessed a diverse array of talents. We’ve had From The Jam, with their iconic sound, the heartfelt performance of Frank Turner and even the raw energy brought by Mark Chadwick, the venue has hosted an eclectic mix of musicians, each leaving an indelible mark on its legacy.

Stay the night and experience the thrill of camping under the starry sky! 

The camping field will be available at 10am on the day of the event and check out by 10am the next day.

Adventure Camping is a spacious 35 acre site set in the grounds of the Ultimate Adventure Centre, just over a mile from the centre of Bideford, and nestled  in the beautiful Devon countryside (with views encompassing the rolling hills and the stunning coast).

The whole family can relax at our laid-back family site, surrounded by North Devon beauty!

Within walking distance of The BIG Sheep,  Adventure Camping is just a five-minute drive to
Westward Ho! beach;  and a 15 minute drive to Barnstaple town centre.

There’s a whopping 35 acres of space to play with here, so plenty of scope to play games, take strolls around the lake or light up a barbecue or firepit to chat with pals. Plus the pub is just a short walk away! Dogs are welcome on site so feel free to bring them along for your Devon break here.
