The South West’s BIGGEST and BEST Halloween Festival has just got BIGGER!!
As well as our piggy tractor ride, vintage carousel, Rampage roller coaster and twister ride, you can enjoy lots of Halloween fun by day:
Collect your Halloween passport from reception then look out for our friendly Halloween characters around the park. Ask them to stamp your passport and once you’ve collected all the character stamps take your passport to reception for a sweet treat reward.
During the day you can enjoy a trip on our haunted hayride as it creeps through Pumpkinville, past the haunted mansion and our very own Halloween Church. You’ll spot lots of spooky Halloween effects on this enjoyable ride for all ages.
Frightened of spiders? This one is huge! Take a challenging ride on our scary giant 8-foot spider if you dare and see how long you can last!
Lakeside Train Ride
Jump aboard the BIG Sheep train but remember to look out for the bats when the train goes through the cobweb Halloween tunnel.
Are you brave enough to explore our haunted house? With creepy surprises around every dark corner there’s plenty to make you jump and scream!
Entertainingly Different present a Halloween Pantomime (Weekdays Only)
Entertainingly different return to the Big Sheep with a hearty dose of slapstick comedy, songs, silliness and surprises as they put their own twist on a classic fairy-tale (the one with the pumpkin). This family friendly performance promises something for both young and old with plenty of audience participation too!
The Pantomime is performed twice daily from Monday 23rd until Friday 27th October at 4:30pm and 6:30pm.

Packed with scares and special effects, the spooky castle could well give you nightmares! Suitable for older children and adults only.

The BIG Sheep expert carvers will be on hand helping children to carve their own pumpkin or to offer tips to adults on how to carve a pumpkin which will frighten off any unwanted guests.Whilst stocks last.
Simon McMinnis, the UK’s top 3 dimensional pumpkin carver, will be back on 23rd and 24th October. What will he create this year?
Bring your carved pumpkins into the show arena at 5pm and we’ll display them around the stage where they will feature in the 4.30pm pantomime. Straight after the pantomime at 5pm we’ll dim the lights and judge the best pumpkin carving of the day. The winner will receive a free family pass to the Big Sheep valid for use at any time during 2018. (2 adults and up to 4 children value £80.00)
Fancy Dress with the Pumpkin Princess
Our Pumpkin Princess will be ready to have her photo taken with all our guests each day and will be giving prizes for best fancy Halloween fancy dress. Costumes and frightening accessories can be purchased in our scary shop.
FREE Face Painting
Our resident face painter will add to your fancy dress outfits giving you a touch of face paint free of charge. Set times for face painting will be given to you on arrival.

Ewetopia Indoor Playground
The BIG Sheep massive indoor play area, Ewetopia, will be decked out with all things scary and children and adults will be invited to take part in our “Horrendously Horrid Spook Hunt.” Don’t worry if the ghosts keep moving the quiz clues because the BIG Sheep’s Pumpkin Princesses will be around to give you advice on how to out-ghoul the ghosts!
Night-time Haunted Hayride 6pm – 10pm
As darkness falls the haunted hayride comes alive with monsters, werewolves and zombies. Will you make it back in one piece or will you fall victim to a chainsaw wielding maniac or blood thirsty clown?
Please note that after 6pm the Haunted Hayride features blood curdling special effects, live actors, strobe lighting and sound effects and is not suitable for young children or those of a sensitive nature
Night-time Lakeside Train Ride 6pm – 10pm
Double, double toil and trouble, fire burn and caldron bubble… at night time the witches, ghosts and ghouls come out to play. Fingers crossed they don’t spot you as you take a moonlit train ride, or you could end up in the caldron!

Night time Haunted House 6pm – 10pm
The haunted house really comes alive at night, with jump scares galore as you try to escape from whatever is chasing you through the house. Will you escape in time?

Night time Spooky Castle 6pm – 10pm
You have to be a brave soul to go through the spooky castle at night. Jump scares, special effects and live actors will have you screaming out loud.

Witches’ Flying School 6pm – 10pm
Hold on tight to your broomsticks as you take to the skies for a moonlit flight on our illuminated twister ride.
