Responsible to: Reception Supervisor
- Welcoming all visitors to the BIG Sheep with the highest standard of customer service.
- Care for the customers every need from providing directions, offering advice, providing first aid and ensuring that every customer enjoys their day out at the BIG Sheep.
- Handing payments, cashing up, re-stocking and keeping accurate records.
- Manage bookings for parties, groups and large families.
- Communicate with all customers through a number of channels; face to face verbal, email, telephone and written.
Full training will be given, no experience necessary. The roles available will be on a rota basis working a mix of weekdays, weekends, bank holidays and throughout the school holidays. Remuneration complies with National Minimum Wage/National Living Wage.
