Open from 10am until 5pm weekends and Devon School Holidays only from 29th October 2018 until April 2019

Ride Opening Times:

Our BIG Sheep rides are open all day. Rides open at 10am. Rampage rollercoaster and swan pedalos open at 11am. All rides close at 5pm. Our Ewetopia Indoor Play Area closes at 5:20pm. 

The BIG Sheep School Group Prices

School Children: £8.50 each
Teachers/Carers are free of a ratio of 1:4 for a group of children ages 8 years and under or 1:6 for a group of children aged 9 years and over.
Additional Teachers/Carers - £8.50 each

Pre School Children: £5.00 each
Pre School Teachers and Adults - £8.50 each

Children under the age of 16 years

Please note: Children under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult 16 years or over.

Blue Peter Badges

The BIG Sheep admits 1 Blue Peter Badge Holder Free of Charge when accompanied by 1 full paying adult. The accompanying adults cannot be paid with Tesco vouchers or tickets pre booked online. If a paying adult is accompanied by 2 children with badges and valid badge cards, free entry will be given to 1 child. Blue Peter Badge Holders must be 16 years or under (Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult over 16 years old). Tesco Vouchers

The BIG Sheep accepts Tesco Clubcard Days Out Tokens. You are required to send your Tesco statement vouchers to Tesco and they in return will post you your Tesco Clubcard Days Out Tokens to you. Present your Tokens on arrival to The BIG Sheep and we will accept them as full or part payment. Part payment can be topped up with cash, card or cheque payment. Disabled Access at The BIG Sheep

Disabled Rate Summer Time - £12.95 per person. 1 accompanying Carer enters for free.

(Proof of disability will be requested, which may include a Blue Badge, statement.)

The BIG Sheep is committed to providing Access for All. At the BIG Sheep we aim to give ALL our visitors a great safe day out. Our caring and considerate team will endeavour to meet the individual needs of all our visitors and are always happy to provide help and assistance where necessary. – We will attempt to do whatever it takes to ensure we meet individual needs and requests.

The main park areas are accessible by ramps throughout.

There are a number of disabled parking bays available in the main car park close to the main entry. 

Wheelchair Access
We have a limited number of wheelchairs on site, available free of charge on a first come first served basis. All areas of the park are accessible by wheelchair but The BIG Sheep is a farm and some paths may be steep and a little uneven. 

The park has full disabled toilet facilities in two locations. 

Guide Dogs
Guide Dogs are welcome at The BIG Sheep.

Carers for the disabled are admitted free of charge (1 per person) and the price is reduced to £12.95 for the disabled duing the summer time. Guide dogs are welcome.

The BIG Sheep Fair Pricing Policy For All

Admission includes free access to all shows and attractions and play areas. Some rides will carry a nominal cost as they cannot be used by all our visitors and an inclusive price would unfairly increase the entry cost.                  

Included in the summer entry price: (26th March - October 28th 2018)

BIG Sheep shows, including sheep racing, bottle lamb feeding, dog and duck trials, brewery experience show and tasting, horse whispering, sheep show, and shearing show, Ewetopia indoor playground, indoor animal barn with pets corner, Rampage Rollercoaster, Eweston train ride, farm safari ride, twister ride, vintage pony carousel, piggy pull along ride, pedal go karts, jumping pillows, swan pedlos,  1 bag of water balloons per family for use in the splash zone, the first ten minutes free on Battlefield Live

Attractions which have a small charge include:

Pony rides (£1), Tractor Driving School (£1 - free tractor driving certificate), dizzy ducks (£1), shooting gallery (£1), Battlefield Live (prices from £3), the climbing wall taster session (£1) and mountain boarding taster session (£1).

Visiting The BIG Sheep during Wet Weather

The BIG Sheep is a great day out whatever the weather! Devon can have unpredictable weather but when you're looking for things to do in Devon, The BIG Sheep should be top of your list.

Included in the summer entry price: (Daily between March 26th until 28th October)

Live Shows: The BIG Sheep shows are demonstrated in the large indoor show arena. There are 3 outdoor shows where undercover seating and standing areas are provided.
Animals: The animals are kept in a large indoor barn.
Rides:  Rides can be operated during wet weather except our Rollercoaster. The train & tractor ride both have overhead covers. The twister ride cannot operate during high winds.
Indoor Play: The Ewetopia Indoor Playground is perfect for wet day play.
Battlefield Devon will continue to operate in light to medium wet weather. It is only closed during wet weather when the ground becomes unsafe to play.
