Recommended Length of Stay

During the Summer Season, we recommend that you spend a minimum of 3-5 hours at the BIG Sheep to have a great day out. If you watch all 9 live shows, take a ride on all 6 rides, visit the animals, play in the indoor and outdoor areas you will need a full day or two at The BIG Sheep to experience everything and have a great day out.

Devon School Holidays
The BIG Sheep opening times coincide with the Devon School Holidays. Visit the Devon County Council website for school holiday dates for Devon.

Please note: Children under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult 16 years or over.

Adults, Children, Seniors: £12.95 each
Children under 3ft in height: £6 each
Babies under 12 months: Free
Children under 3 feet tall will be given a little shepherds card to return free of charge on future visits in 2014 after paying £6 on their first visit.
Return Admission within 1 week: £5 each

Season Ticket "Bring a Friend Rate" : £8.50 each, when entering at the same time as season ticket member.

Winter 2014/2015 

Weekends and school holidays only between 3rd November 2014 end of March 2015.

Tesco Vouchers

The BIG Sheep accepts Tesco Clubcard Days Out Tokens. You are required to send your Tesco statement vouchers to Tesco and they in return will post you your Tesco Clubcard Days Out Tokens to you. Present your Tokens on arrival to The BIG Sheep and we will accept them as full or part payment. Part payment can be topped up with cash, card or cheque payment. The BIG Sheep Fair Pricing Policy For All

Admission includes free access to all shows and attractions and play areas. Some rides will carry a nominal cost as they cannot be used by all our visitors and an inclusive price would unfairly increase the entry cost.

BIG Sheep shows, including sheep racing, bottle lamb feeding, dog and duck trials, brewery experience show and tasting, horse whispering, sheep show, and shearing show, Ewetopia indoor playground, indoor animal barn with pets corner, Eweston train ride, farm safari ride, twister ride, vintage pony carousel, piggy pull along ride, pedal go karts, jumping pillows, swan pedlos,  1 bag of water balloons per family for use in the splash zone, 9 free lives on Battlefield Live

Attractions which have a small charge include:

Pony rides (£1), Tractor Driving School (£1 - free tractor driving certificate), dizzy ducks (£1), shooting gallery (£1), Battlefield Live (prices from £3), the climbing wall taster session (£1) and mountain boarding taster session (£1).

Disabled Access at The BIG Sheep

The BIG Sheep is committed to providing Access for All. At the BIG Sheep we aim to give ALL our visitors a great safe day out. Our caring and considerate team will endeavour to meet the individual needs of all our visitors and are always happy to provide help and assistance where necessary. – We will attempt to do whatever it takes to ensure we meet individual needs and requests.

The main park areas are assessible by ramps throughout.

Parking
There are a number of disabled parking bays available in the main car park close to the main entry. 

Wheelchair Access
We have a limited number of wheelchairs on site, available free of charge on a first come first served basis. All areas of the park are accessible by wheelchair but The BIG Sheep is a farm and some paths may be steep and a little uneven. 

Toilets
The park has full disabled toilet facilities in two locations. 

Guide Dogs
Guide Dogs are welcome at The BIG Sheep.

Carers for the disabled are admitted free of charge (1 per person) and the price is reduced to £11.95 for the disabled. Guide dogs are welcome.

Visiting The BIG Sheep during Wet Weather

The BIG Sheep is a great day out whatever the weather! Devon can have unpredictable weather but when you're looking for things to do in Devon, The BIG Sheep should be top of your list.

Live Shows: The BIG Sheep shows are demonstrated in the large indoor show arena. There are 3 outdoor shows where undercover seating and standing areas are provided.
Animals: The animals are kept in a large indoor barn.
Rides: All rides can be operated during wet weather. The train & tractor ride both have overhead covers. The twister ride cannot operate during high winds.
Indoor Play: The Ewetopia Indoor Playground is perfect for wet day play.
Battlefield Live will continue to operate in light to medium wet weather. It is only closed during wet weather when the ground becomes unsafe to play.

The BIG Sheep Ride Timetable

Our Big Sheep rides open during the day on a rotation basis, giving you the opportunity to enjoy all the rides, shows and attractions. On arrival, you will be issued with a Rides Timetable. Our BIG Sheep Rides include: Twister Ride, Eweston Train Ride, Farm Safari Ride, Vintage Pony Carousel, Swan Pedalos, Piggy Pull Along and Pony Rides.
